When you use this app, you are hereby releasing the developer from liability for your data stored in the application. The application by default is offline. If you choose to enable backup and sync with Google Drive, you run the risk of the database and key for the database not syncing at the same time and creating a mismatch for the application. You will be able to access your data at anytime in your private Google Drive account by going to the Journals folder. If you choose to no longer use the sync function, simply turn it off in settings and remove the files from Google Drive if you desire not to keep them uploaded any longer.

This application uses encryption algorithms that are proven to withstand scrutiny from cybersecurity experts and will be updated to a newer algorithm if the ones in use are broken.

With that said, if you forget your password and can't get into your journal, you may want to start a new one.

I am not responsible for what you store in your journal because that's your business and I would prefer to keep it that way.

Google is not accountable for how you use your journal if you choose to use the backup and sync feature when its rolled out.
